The hotel and rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was below average even for a continental breakfast. The bacon looked as thin as tissue paper, and the eggs were highly processed. The waffle makers were not working. We decided to go to the restaurant in the casino. It was a weird experience because nothing is available on the table; everything is kept behind the counter like napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, cream. The restaurant food was good, especially compared to the continental breakfast. Only staff member was friendly. The others seemed like I was an inconvenience intruding on their conversation while they stood around doing nothing. The staff and guests smoke cigarettes outside the building right in front of the main entrance, so walking through a cloud of cigarette smoke was not great.

Stayed June 2024. Was able to book with minimal notice. Even when I checked in and was told it was fully booked, it never felt crowded. One of two families at the hotel pool. Not fancy yet reasonably priced. Easy directions from the airport. Going-to-the-Sun road was still closed for snow and ice in mid June. Dress warmly. Hotel staff kind.

As an airline pilot, I stay in a lot of hotel rooms. So I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel considering it's isolated location and lack of competition (two elements that usually don't add up to great experiences). Staff was nice and the room was the same as what you'd get at a name brand such as Hyatt Place or Cambria. Think: quick/clean overnight, breakfast included, and be on your way. The room was in good condition and very clean. If you're on your way to/from glacier/banff/jasper, this room for the night does just fine. Exactly what we needed.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is clean, the staff is courteous, and the location is VERY convenient to the St Mary entrance to Glacier NP. On a personal note, we want to thank you for opening your home to us and appreciate your welcoming us into your land.

If you’re looking for somewhere nice & convenient to stay on the east side of Glacier National Park this is a great choice. It is a very nice hotel, well furnished, attractive and very clean. The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful, went overboard to make sure we got the best price, even to the point of making sure we got the senior discount when we checked in. The breakfast was top quality and well staffed by a very pleasant person. It is a great location within short driving distance to East Glacier park entrance and only about 30 minutes or so from St. Mary.

The price is similar to national park’s accommodation. If we knew the food option is way less we would have went with the national park’s one. We were assigned to the room above the pool pump which was noisy and vibrating. The hotel staff was very nice and changed the room for us immediately.

We stayed at this hotel for the Vacation Race Glacier half marathon. It was a perfect location to walk to the shuttle and drive us to the start line. The hotel staff were overwhelmed with the amount of customers coming in, but they did great managing the flow of people waiting in line, and attending to everyone’s needs. They were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Browning. Also, there’s a casino and a restaurant on site.
